Butternut squash noodles

Ingredients

1 pound butternut squash

1 pack noodles

A pinch of salt

2 tbs oil or butter

1 ½  cups of water

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preparation

Peel and de-seed your squash. Slice squash in half then cut into chunks and out aside. Bring water to a build.

Add noodles, chunk squash, salt and butter and cook for 15 minutes or till water is almost out. With a fork stir the noodles and squash is mash in the noodles.

Serve with vegetable stew or beef stew.
