Butternut squash smoothie


  • 1 cup mashed butternut squash
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup soymilk/cow’s milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey(optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 banana or mango (optional)


Cook and mash squash with fork, pour into the blend and add all ingredients and blend at high speed.Pour in a glass and serve.
