Light soup



  • Meat/chicken/fish
  • 1 medium size squash
  • 1 onion
  • Fresh pepper
  • Salt
  • Seasoning
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 3 cups of water


Season meat and cook to a desired tenderness. Peel the seed and cut squash into chunks then boil with onions and pepper in the meat/chicken stock.

Blend the boiled ingredients with the ginger and garlic, then add to cooked meat and let it simmer for 10 minute.
