INGREDIENTS

Butternut squash

Okra

Chopped onion

Tomatoes

Meat/Chicken/Fish

Salt

Seasoning

Fresh pepper

Red oil

 

 

 

 

Preparation

Grate or cut okro into piece or shreds then add chopped or shredded butternut squash and chopped onion then cook for 10 minutes. Heat red oil in a pan add blended tomatoes, pepper and onions cook for some few minutes, add any protein of your choice ,season and simmer for 10-15 minutes then add the cooked okro and squash.

Serve with Banku, Gari foto or Yam.
